A maximum fine of up to SR10 million will be imposed on individuals or entities found violating the Railway Law and its Executive Regulations in Saudi Arabia. The Committee for Reviewing Violations of the Railways Law will determine penalties based on the nature and severity of each case. In cases of repeat offenses, fines can increase to SR20 million.

The regulations specify that violations include improper use of railway facilities, unauthorized parking or leaving animals on railway property, crossing railways at undesignated areas, and trespassing protective fences. Additionally, constructing structures that obstruct the railway's view, disrupting train operations, or placing obstacles that interfere with railway performance are also considered offenses.

Further violations include seizing railway property for personal use, causing landslides or damage near railway infrastructure, and tampering with or stealing railway equipment. Endangering railway safety due to negligence or failure to adhere to safety standards is also punishable, as is failure to report accidents or security breaches.
